My name is Gareth and I am the owner of DNA Residential.
I am a Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) with 20+ years experience in construction.
I have a passion for building performance, measuring and testing to understand how well our buildings and homes actually perform and identify how we can reduce our carbon footprint as we prepare and drive towards Net Zero. Building Health
We can assess the health of your living environment to ensure you or your tenants are safe and not exposed to conditions that may affect their health, such as those caused by mould and damp (refer to Awaab's Law)

Our Mission
The residential sector contributes 25% of the UK’s carbon emissions. There are many challenges ahead for home owners and landlords as regulations change in response to the target to become Net Zero by 2050.
