Heat Loss Assessments
DNA can measure the ACTUAL thermal performance of a property using simple non invasive techniques. This is achieved by measuring the actual HEAT LOSS of a property, which in term can be used to effectively assess and size heating systems for properties
Air Tightness
DNA can measure the Air Tightness of buildings to identify the "leakiness" of its fabric and the resultant heat loss through the walls, roof and floor.
Using non invasive equipment and techniques we can establish the air tightness and also identify and find the problematic leak paths that leads to heat and energy loss through the building. We can then identify and help with sealing the leaks to provide you with a more air tight property.
Mould & Damp
DNA can help Landlords safeguard against the risk of mould, mildew and damp within their properties - and comply with the new Awaab's Law. Testing can identify future mould risk and propose solutions to help avoid or remediate. This ensures safe living conditions inside homes are maintained.
