Assessments & Testing

We undertake Domestic Energy Assessments for home owners and landlords. By 2030 all properties rented in Wales will need a rating of C or above. Assessments will take 1 - 2 hours and certificated will be lodged on the same day. 

We also undertake diagnostic testing of properties to better understand building performance using innovative and new technology.

Following assessment of your property DNA are on hand to offer consultation services to advise you how to improve your energy efficiency and get you on the right path to an improved rating and smaller carbon footprint. As part of this process we can also offer a detailed performance testing and measuring service to understand exactly how your property is performing.

Planning & Co-ordination

Following your Energy Review we will help you co-ordinate future RETRO-FIT works to improve your property. We can undertake Retro-Fit Assessments and Co-ordination to PAS 2035. 

We will help plan and manage required works that may include Fabric Improvements, Installation of Renewable Energy systems and Electrification of your property along with the deployment of Smart Systems. 

Future Plans

Our ambition and Future Plan is to offer "Improvement" works that have been identifies as required in the previous steps. We will be training to undertake services such as:


LEAK SEALING: Draught Proofing and Sealing Works to avoid infiltration and energy loss through a “leaky” building


FABRIC IMPROVEMENTS: Insulating external walls
to improve fabric performance and reduce Heat Loss


      ELECTRIFICATION: Installation of “clean” energy systems to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and improve our carbon footprint
